This avocado sauce is a simple way to turn any Mexican fare up a few notches. It takes about 35 seconds so I’m almost 100% certain you have time to make it. I like to drizzle this sauce over huevos rancheros, breakfast burritos, tacos, or scrambled eggs.
Because of the fresh avocado and cilantro, it doesn't keep in the fridge for more than a day or so, so don't be shy while lathering up your breakfast.

Ingredients:
1 medium avocado
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Add water to get the desired consistency.
Pour generously over tacos, breakfast burritos, rice bowls, etc.
